Right to the moon, Alice

Since Tivoni and I have been dating for almost 5 years (!) we’ve traveled a lot together. From the Bahamas and Mexico to Portland, Oregon and Kansas City to name a few stops –we’ve been around to say the least. And being the adventurous people that we are, we try to make the most of our vacation time by soaking up the culture, interacting with locals and spending as much time possible snorkeling, hiking and exploring.

So for our honeymoon we thought we take a different route and do, well, nothing. We’re getting a fantastic beach house in Avon, North Carolina (where the ocean’s temperature is the warmest in September)and plan on maxin’ and relaxin’. The house has a full size swimming pool, hot tub and is just a short walk to the beach. And if Google maps is correct, there is only one other house within a mile radius.

And, it’s the first time we’ll go without cell phones for an entire week, so wish us luck!
